Intense and mesmerizing!
My mind was blown by David Byrne, absolutely incredible show. The stage presence of Ogre was larger than life, some sort of sadistic mental patient/mad doctor/monster, at first hobbling about the stage on canes then progressively exploding out of his constraints. The lights, mixing, and stage set were unbelievable. The first set was pretty good, a solo guitarist with pre-recorded drums, etc. This was my first time seeing David Byrne, and I will definitely go to all lengths to see them again. Even though they performed for over an hour and a half, they still came out for a twenty-minute encore set. Absolute bliss!
